Go to your Calendar and click on the Booking you just completed. On upper right hand corner, click on menu button that says "CONFIRMED". Click and select "COMPLETED".

STEP 2

Send your customer a REQUEST FOR REVIEW. Each month, the Staff with the most Stars will earn a bonus! More details to follow...
